Can a normal car (2WD) access the site? What if I'm towing a trailer?

Yes and yes! The access to the park and most of our site is accessible with a normal car and we take care of the access roads such that you won't get stuck even if you are towing a trailer!

Do you have toilets and showers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Most campsites are equipped with flushable toilets and a centrally located shower-block provides our guests with hot showers so no more worrying about tracking mud and dirt into your tent or caravan any longer!

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can bring your dog(s) just make sure it stays on your campsite (as much as possible) and be considerate of the campers around you.

Do you have powered sites?

Accepted Answer

None of our site have power. Feel free to bring your generator and be mindful of the noise. You might want to consider bringing a longer power lead and place the generator away from other campers.

Do our vehicles (toys!) need to be registered?

This is a private property and as such you do not need registration for your vehicles (toys!).

Will my cell phone work at Putty Valley Adventures?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no but ... While at your campsite, you will not get phone signal but there are a few spots on the property where you can get 3G signal. Come and see us at the office and we'll guide you to one of them.

Are we allowed camp fires?

Yes you are allowed camp fires. In the unlikely event there is a fire ban we will let you know upon arrival.

How do I book a spot?

From the website, click the "Book" button and you will be redirected to our Facebook page. Using Facebook Messenger, let us know your name, phone number, the dates you would like to book, the number of people (adult and children) as well as the toys you intend to bring and we'll get you sorted.

You can also go directly to our Facebook page. Simply log of Facebook and search for "Putty Valley Adventures" and you should find us.

To secure a spot, you need to pay a non-reimbursable deposit of $50.

What time can I arrive?

At the time of booking, let us know at when time you would like to arrive. There is always someone at the park and we are usually up by 7am.

Can we shoot firearms?

Unfortunately no.

Question 11

Do we need to bring our own firewood or can we gather wood on the property?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring your own firewood but you don't have to. There are plenty of wood on the property and we also sell bags at the office.

Can my kids ride their dirt bikes?

Yes, kids are welcome to ride their dirt bikes. We encourage all riders to pay attention to kids riding and "give way" to them.

Can I pay with my credit card debit card?

Unfortunately we only accept cash at the park. We do not have EFTPOS facilities. You can pay your deposit via bank transfer but the balance will need to be paid cash upon arrival.
